Should your order arrive damaged contact us through the form at the bottom of this page within 7 days of the delivery date and you will be entitled to a replacement free of charge.

 

Acceptable photo evidence of damage is required. Damaged items do not need to be mailed back.

 

If you're unhappy with your order, you may return your order for a full refund by contacting us through the form at the bottom of this page within 7 days of the delivery date. 

 

Refund will not be processed until all items in the return have been received.
